Tai Chi is a low impact exercise that can be practiced by anyone at any age or ability level. Tai Chi is great for the mind and body, improving balance, coordination, focus, strength, and flexibility. Classes include low impact physical exercise, meditation and breathing techniques, and you will start learning the martial art, Tai Chi. This class covers the internal side of Shaolin Do and you will be given the chance to advance in rank through sashes as you learn more difficult material, including weapons such as the Tai Chi straight sword and fan.
