  Parent's Night Out: NERF WARS - August 25th, 2018

  

  Enjoy a night out and leave the kids with us for pizza and lots of Nerf fun! We’ll provide the Nerf guns, safety glasses, pizza, and drinks for the evening. Kids are also welcome to bring their own Nerf gun and safety glasses.
  
  $20 per child (plus $10 for siblings)
  Ages 5-13
  Limited spots available. You do not have to be a student to attend.

  And....Nerf Wars is back!  February 11th, 6-9:30 pm.  Enjoy a night out and let the kids enjoy pizza and Nerf fun at Rockcastle Shaolin Do in Mount Vernon.  Just $20 per child (only +$15 for additional siblings) including pizza, drinks, and lots of fun!

  New in May!

  Try our NEW Women’s Martial Arts at RSD

  • Classes start with a whole body warm up followed by stretching.
  • Then get your stress out with basic strikes and kicks, including standing bag and focus mitt striking. 
  • Work your mind after that with traditional martial arts training to keep you sharp.   
  • Weigh in/measurements and online FB support group with daily workouts included!
  • You don’t have to be in shape to get started; we will look at personal goals and start at a pace that is right for you!

  Classes meet every Saturday 11am-12pm, starting May 7^th.

  New Classes in April

  We are signing up for new beginner classes this month.  New students get a free uniform with their first month of classes!

  New Classes in March!

  • Starting this month we are offering a new class at our Mt Vernon location! Kids and teens can join us for "Weapons & More" every Saturday from 1-2 PM.  Students will train with weapons as well as learning advanced kicks and basic gymnastics! Bo and nunchaku  will be the first weapons covered. 
  • Our new class in Berea will also be starting this month.  We will start offering an adult and teen class every Monday from 7-8 pm upstairs at Tumble Shine gymnastics after our kids classes.  New students signing up in March can attend additional classes in Mt Vernon free for the first month!  Call or text (859)588-8905 to sign up for a free trial class.
  • We are looking to start offering a Mommy & Me class for 1 1/2 - 3 year olds starting in April.  Anyone interested can call or text (859)588-8905 to get signed up!
