New Classes in March!

• Starting this month we are offering a new class at our Mt Vernon location! Kids and teens can join us for "Weapons & More" every Saturday from 1-2 PM.  Students will train with weapons as well as learning advanced kicks and basic gymnastics! Bo and nunchaku  will be the first weapons covered. 
• Our new class in Berea will also be starting this month.  We will start offering an adult and teen class every Monday from 7-8 pm upstairs at Tumble Shine gymnastics after our kids classes.  New students signing up in March can attend additional classes in Mt Vernon free for the first month!  Call or text (859)588-8905 to sign up for a free trial class.
• We are looking to start offering a Mommy & Me class for 1 1/2 - 3 year olds starting in April.  Anyone interested can call or text (859)588-8905 to get signed up!
